Tammy is a dedicated educator. She has numerous degrees including a Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Montana. Currently she on the faculty of Salish Kootenai College in the Education Department.

Tammy is invaluable for the youth education goals of Montana Conservation Elders with her training and energy regarding curriculum development for Montana's public schools and particularly to Montana's Indian Education for All program.
