Welcome our new Montana Conservation Elders member Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan lives in Polson. He currently is the indigenous STEM instructor for the Salish Kootenai College Department focusing on culture and science.

Tim was an entrepreneur starting an archaeological firm called EthnoTech and was the field supervisor. He has been a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Historic Preservation Department; later he founded the Ancestral Skills & Technologies Northwest dedicated to preserving and teaching the Tribe's ancestral way of life.

Tim is also a consultant for Indian Education for All programs. This goes along well with Mike Jetty, also involved with this program for OPI; Mike is a member of our Education Committee.
